TSKgel Phenyl-5PW is the middle hydrophobicity of the five HIC ligands offered by TBL. Primary applications are for the separation of proteins, their isoforms, and aggregate removal. It is typically used for high performance chromatography and polishing steps. It has the same selectivity as the larger particle Toyopearl Phenyl-650 products.
